Hubby said what is for dinner?

I said chiken....he said, NO, get dressed and out we went.

Went to Midtown Sundries. WOW DELICIOUS, but 'just kinda' pricey but who cares, food was great. Nicole had a blast and ate tons of food off our plates. Will go again, nice place, first time and they impressed me actually.

OMG THE RAIN

came in last night late but pouring heavy for hours....the ground is mush.

and I did this---I got the umbrella, picked up the dog, went out under my giant red carport near the side of the house where we currently have the boat and backhoe. Voila, no wet dog, no muddy feet.
Pee mission complete...but I got my feet wet darn it...wore shoes not thinking, duh, there was rivers and lakes out there...ugh

dentist at 8:30 to get my new permanent front cap.
they have to fix that bonding they did on the other one also.

then home to do --what? uh, gotta label soaps and such and other than that, I ain't doing much. Already I can feel this day becoming a "find a great old movie on tv" and fall asleep for hours today LOL

weather is just horrible

well off to get Nicole ready for school, then I am off, might stop at grocery for a few small items, I hate shopping in the rain, who wants to carry bags into the house with a downpour, not me LOL

back from dentist and I didn't like the crown.

nope, send it back....it was 'short' --it didn't line up with my other front tooth and was way shorter than the canine tooth....HUH
LOL

so off it goes back to be lengthed. no charge of course...heck ya no charge. I sure wasn't giving another penny to them...so another 2 1/2 weeks before the new crown is complete.

stopped at the grocery. No one in there cause the rain has kept everyone inside. POURING, lightning thunder and wind. yee haw
Nice to shop in an empty store. Took my super time and found all bargains...saved like $40 off order. So $80 spent, not bad at all.


---gotta go---my butt has to get some work done....being lazy just doesn't work long term ya know

Good job putting your foot down on that crown. I have a 3 part bridge. There is a chip in the porcelain that is driving me nuts. My current dentist does not want to fix it. He blames it on the last guy. Nice!!!!
