I'm sure you're right about THAT!

I do have some pretty cold-proof clothes from our trip to Canada a couple years ago...so I might have to grab some of those.

And, being the total cold weather wuss that I am - I invested heavily into hand warmers...they go good inside a thermal shirt and slipped inside a pair of boots too!

Muzzleloader and archery are open now. Rifle starts next week. We have a very sad season and very small limits compared to you, I'm afraid!

Court went fine. I didn't press for the system to push the charges and so she got out with around $250 in court costs and no record of the offense if she pays it off in 60 days. My thanks for that? A snarky remark about how I should pay half of it..I told her good luck and have a nice life and walked away for the last time. I wash my hands. Kick the dirt off my feet. Move forward with one less selfish toxic person in my life. And soon to be two more less in regards to my parents as well. I'm so fed up with everyone's dysfunction and unwillingness to heal and do better, that I'm limiting even more so than I have already, any interaction or opportunity to hinder my own growth and potential. I will continue to protect my niece and help her grow and minimize the trauma for her, but I will not be anyone's doormat or punching bag. So, yeah, it went well. Lol!
