How was your weekend? DW was very busy (good thing!)

I did:
- the grocery shopping and other running around needed
- 15 loads of laundry
- cooked all weekend
- cleaned the house
- sketched out a plan for the new coop to talk to the Amish guys tomorrow
- washed and cleaned the car
- managed to watch the Daytona 500.
- started the outside "work list" for the spring

Collapsed into bed about 9pm last night. :)

Had everything in great enough shape, DW started "spring cleaning" in the pantry!

I packed about 25 boxes, moved 3 16ft trailer loads of furniture/boxes/etc from a rental house to the house my friends bought, cleaned out their garage, battled high blood pressure for about 3 hours Saturday night, went to church Sunday, stopped by the flea market to get my scythe, picked up my niece, grilled burgers, ate and went to bed. Now I'm going to find boxes to pack some more today...weekend? I know of no such animal :p I haven't been on much because I have been so busy. ;)

Tiring again  I just finished my work. I had my two nieces and nephew over most of the day, just got them sent home. They "helped" ;) plant potatoes and onions and garlic. Then two of them helped with supper, and after supper they helped me put together a pretty complicated shelf that I got for the spare bedroom on the cheap. All day they have helped. Good kids, good times, hopefully made some memories but boy I wish 6 and 8 year olds were really a he;p and not in the way so much  It was sweet and we had a good time, but I coulda been done WAYYYY sooner if I hadn't had to say "move for a second sweety" a hundred times, and "give me the screwdriver" and "no, ya can't play with Uncle Jason's screw gun, he'll murder us all in our sleep if we tear it up or drop it" :gig Kids are a hoot!

So anyway, I was sposed to help pack again today, but on the way there my BP shot up and I was feeling rather crappy...was sposed to come home and rest...that didn't exactly happen :hu Now I'm tired again, and dunno if I have to work tomorrow or not.

On a better note I think I have some nesting Scovies!!! They have been scratching around in the old central unit out at the side of the house :D I hope they are laying and sitting on some of those eggs!!! I'll take a peek tomorrow. All the chickens are laying well. I have another shipment to make tomorrow to Kentucky :) I'm going to bed early again :th

Interesting a KY shipment. Neato. Hopefully they are nesting. I just hope my mother hen will let me set some duck eggs, and if not I will anyway. I wanna try and taste these ducks. I want to eat one....

I know. She is getting to be anti animal though and its driving me crazy. She is trying to back out on meat rabbits but I told her we have no buyers. So I think I can persuade plus she told me I could on the duck eggs and rabbits. So hopefully she will let me.
