we had enchilada's with leftover steak, chicken, and ground beef; black beans from the garden, and homemade salsa.

I think I need a nice fried ice cream with chocolate syrup, strawberries, and some honey......

Oh and I just picked another gallon of produce from the garden. A bunch of squash tomatoes, and green beans. I have some stuff in the dehydrator now, and will put these in Monday. I think the dehydrator needs a rest for a day or so  I have had it full and running since Monday. Only 5 trays, but still, that's a LOT of food! I have cucumbers now, and the okra should be producing early net week by the looks of it. Jalapeno is blooming, and the darn cayenne is going WILD right now. HUGE bushes :D The Tabasco's are about knee high and getting bushy, no blooms just yet. I can't wait for those to make some of my Hellish Relish for hubs :D :D :D

Not yet. I am drying most of it. I have canned some jams, but nothing else yet. The tomatoes are easier to reconstitute for what I need than to make up a massive batch of sauce for each and then can it. I use tomatoes for EVERYTHING. I probably am not going to have enough unless I plant some more.

I started some cabbages today :D
