I like being chatty! I got second place in my 5th grade science fair. I should have gotten FIRST but the teachers were bias I think. The boys who beat me didnt even use good grammar in their presentation. I was mad....

It happens. :hugs It is sad, but around here if you don't have the right name....your chances of getting much of anything like that are slim to none usually. Little Alex just blew them all out of the water. He did a presentation on the mass of two objects and how it affects their speed when they fall.

I did a project for a science fair once on organic chemistry. I had models of the chemicals and everything. The person that won did a food chain. I have a feeling that the judges didn't have an idea as to what organic chemistry was, or what they were looking at. :/

I got my shopping done today. Usually I don't shop on Sunday, but we needed SO much stuff from the feed store and I went and stocked up since it is close to church anyway, then I picked up the niece. I was informed yesterday that snow doesn't fall enough in her yard because of all the trees, so she HAD TO come stay with me with my "wide open spaces" until school starts back so that she can build a proper snowman
