I had a good supper, homemade veggie soup-stew sort of thing with beef and ham. AND Lots of cayenne (I have a runny nose now) Then some leftover rolls with fresh butter

BBQ chicken sammies, cole slaw, blueberry muffins, and banana cream pudding ('naners, 'nilla wafers, and whipped cream). Not too bad for an old guy.
