I think he was too busy on Facebook to stick around and hang out with us losers...

I saw your post. I was busy trying to help a friend figure out a place to live because they've lost their home. I can only reach them on FB :/ You could PM me or catch me on FB, but did you? NOOOO! We set up a time to chat a week or so ago, were ya there? NO!

Didn't get a response for 30 minutes...THIRTY minutes?! That's nothing. I don't get a response from you for hours, most times DAYS even...and you're cryin over 30 minutes? Puhlease...

ANYWAY....... I finally got a hold of my buddy who lives close by who recently lost their place, the one with the chickens I gave(may as well have) her. They are staying with her DIL right now, all crammed into a 3 bedroom apartment...10 people, multiple animals, small 3 bedroom....UGH! She is DESPERATELY looking for a place. I can't get a hold of the guy who has trailers down the road from me :/ So I'll have to go over there today and see if I can catch him home.

Add that to my already long "To Do" list for the day. I need to get some more plants started, finish laundry, help with the greenhouse, tend the animals, clean house, rotate my starts and water them, and make bread. Then I have to go see if I can find some boxes for my SIL so she can start packing. She's going to be cleaning, and tomorrow I will have the niece and nephew over here for a few hours so she can go take a breather and get a few things done around town. This is all SO frustrating My stomach is in knots still, but there is nothing I can do about any of it. I HATE not being able to "fix" stuff I hope the kids don't mention much about having to move while they're here..my sweet little niece is taking it SO hard, and if she starts crying...I just might too, and I hate getting upset, especially in front of them, because it then upsets them worse, but I may not be able to hold it together

I won't be on much today...I'm gonna get my stuff done around here and try to spend some time with the kiddos this afternoon. I may go get other little niecey after school to come hang out and get their mind off of everything. They play SO well with her, and get SO loud, and have SO much fun...maybe it'll help? It's worth a shot....

I may just let them all stay over tonight and give SIL & BIL a break from the kids so they can pack up a bit without them having to be there

Either way, I gotta get off here and get it going or I'll NEVER get done so I have options

Good Morning ~gd! Folks Journals are whatever they want them to be. I personally like the chatty feel of our personal journals. But, thanks for your input.

Yeah I like to chat in here too. Proof...I have a few minutes between loads of laundry so I came back for a few

It's COLD outside!!! Mostly the wind, it's actually about 59 degrees but 10 mph winds make it feel cold. I had to get my jacket on :/ I am SO ready for t-shirt weather!!!

I'm with you on that one!! It was 38 when I took the dog out this morning. He did his business and made a bee-line right back to the front door!
