It's a lot of work, but it's gonna be fun! I will outsource several different veggies and barter with my Amish friends to have a wide variety of products. I can't sell anything I didn't grow at the market, but I can to the restaurants :p

Or stock up with for yourself. Sounds like a good gig!

Yeah I am growing enough to stock us for a year and to sell, probably gonna be enough for us for a couple years. I plan on doing a LOT of dehydrating, both indoors and building an outdoor solar drier, and may market some of the dried goods as well.

We are aiming for a year right now, eventually two years. But we are big on canning, not much dehyrdatng here. I'd like to dry some peas, beans, and more apples this year though.

I got the location :D Buff, I definately want more apples, peaches, nectarines, cherries, and grapes :D
