It may sound weird, but last summer when I was over run by squash, I made squash pizza. It was really good! So when ya'll take out a frozen pizza crust, try some fresh yellow squash or zuchinni sliced thin on your pizza. Plus onion, cheese, tomato sauce, .........gettin hungry for garden veggies now......HURRY UP SPRING!!

I already have done that, and I enjoy it as well! I dehydrated some, and ground it to powder and put it in my spaghetti sauce too...SHHHHHH don't tell!!

I love squash..DH won't touch it. I have to be careful using it anyway, as curcurbit allergies in his family. Even if I sneaked it in, still might be found out.

Ok, pizza question. How long to par bake crusts and at what temp? I made 4, 2 different batches of dough. One turned out too crispy, the other one seemed ok. I baked at 450* for 10 minutes. Maybe I baked them too long?
Oh, I have one of those ceramic top stoves too. It seems like the oven bakes weird too.

Yeah probably a bit too long. I usually do 450 for about 5-8 minutes.
