Every time I get hepped up about a snowstorm it turns to rain - it's usually a surprise storm that really dumps on us. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed, we could really use the money if he plows, especially for the state! :fl

Here you go, here in southern WV it has been snowing for about six hours,...this was taken about 30 minutes ago out my back door. The table measures 9 inches.

Just checkin in, we are at about 10 inches now, just came in from checking on a neighbor's dog. It's nice fluffy, kinda dry snow. It is blowing off the trees pretty easily for now so that's good. They were calling for us to get around 12 inches but there's no way. We are already at 10 and it is supposed to snow for the next 20 hours. My babies are snowed in at granny's down in southern Va and she says she is finally giving in and getting papa to go outside and get them both a cup of snow to eat, they are worrying her to death to go outside and play

I want to get an alternate heat source and if we are able to get my granny's doublewide we will have a propane fireplace. For now, let's just say, it's a good thing I'm a quilter!

We have a propane camp stove in the house if we need it to cook on but I have lots of lunch meat and I just made a loaf of bread and a pizza and stocked up on fruit, made a gallon of tea, got lots of drinking water in the fridge, and filled both bathtubs. We should be good to go.....oh, and did I mention that I have Gone With The Wind to read if I get bored?

Hold on to your hats, folks, looks like this one's gonna be a doozey!!! :ep
