Same here, not quite as long as you though. I say every year we need to move but yet here we are again.

Y'all with that much cold and snow....sorry! But you obviously know how to cope and can't be as annoyed as I would be. I mean, I'm not doing it!

Right now we are having our annual "ease into winter" weather. Couple days 70s, couple 50s, just to let you know it's time. Soon we will be 50 days, mid 30 nights....after which 40 days, low 30 nights. The dreaded late Jan and all Feb weather will then arrive! It's all the winter I want!! every year we hope for no snow. Every 10 yrs or so, we do get a huge snow...6-12". Ok, ok, we are wimps here, not enough clearing equipment because it is rarely needed! So a snow like that really shuts everything down here.

Sooooo....today and tomorrow are our 70 days.

I just saw a long range forecast that said we may have a big storm early next week. We are not ready for snow yet! Hoping that changes over the next few days! It’s been around 40 during the day, tomorrow’s forecast says it’ll be near 60… crazy weather!

the forecast says it is 50F now and going up to 60F today and rain after 10am. yesterday it said rains after 1pm. no rain last night in the forecast for many days and then suddenly a change and a chance of rain over night. i think we did get rained on. i was planning on going out this morning and working on a garden but i am not a big fan of working in the rain so after checking the radar i'll see what's up and go from there. likely will skip today. i got plenty to do inside. nap, breakfast, hot chocolate, rescue the butter from the butter dish and spread it on toast, things like that...
