No, no such luck here. 
the clinic in London, the one we have gone to in the past only does spay and neutering, and b/c of that he charges less than half of what normal vet clinics charge. I can't recall what the price was, but I am willing to pay it, since I don't want to contribute to the overpopulation of unwanted cats. I wish all people-who don't want the responsibility of kittens -would do the same. But as it seems, we've been here going on 4 years and we've had our share of strays here.
