What are you baking today?

Since we have so many topics on what we are doing during the day, I thought I'd throw one out there.

With the weather cooling down, I find I have to do at least one day a week for baking. Today was one of those days.

Today, I made cinnamon raisin bagels, WW bread, zucchini raisin muffins, peanut butter cookies, baked a butternut squash, a broccoli quiche, and right now I have a chicken in the oven. My oven has been on since 10 this morning. And will be off by 5. I will have to bake bread again- I usually make this around three times a week.

Good day to ask!
Just finished dinner rolls. Did an apple pie earlier. Still want to do a 5 minute artisan loaf. Right now there's a pizza in there. That's for tonight.
