WHAT ARE YOU CANNING TODAY?

YIPPEE I finally canned something today!

Whole tomatoes 9 quarts and 4 quarts of tomato juice. I am on my way ... finally to getting something canned for winter.
 
Pickles, pickles and MORE pickles......

Kosher dills, more kosher dills, hamburger dills and just plain old DILL pickles!

Yesterday I managed another 15 quarts of tomato sauce. Then had enough to process 12 pints diced. I sill have a large collander full so I will make diced out of them this morning.

Skr8pn, I am right behind you on those pickles. I have piles of cuc's all over the counter. Gotta get moving on them.

Hello!!! NEED HELP HERE!!!! My son normally cuts up peppers without burning his hands but today when he cut up several Jalapeos he said he has a spot on his little finger that is burning bad, I tried dish soap and salt but that didn't help, tried baking soda but that didn't help, tried ice pack and that helped a little!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS would be wonderful!!! Thanks all, Lynn
