Home canned green beans whip the fire out of commercially canned green beans. Different taste and texture. I'm not a fan of frozen ones :sick

2 pints of Beef chunks (rescued from disuse in the freezer)
3 quarts of Deboned Chicken (Well 4 but one broke, also rescued from the freezer)
5 quarts (and 1 pint) of Chicken Breast (rescued from a sale at Kroger)
2 h-pints of deboned chicken (harvested from the coop yesterday)
2 quarts of deboned chicken (harvested yesterday)

Yes, quite a day of canning. Still have some more rescuing to do in the freezer. About 5 roasts, and some broccoli to dry.

21 quarts and 3 pints of dill pickles plus spaghetti sauce when I get home from work. I have been canning corn for the past 2 weeks and so far have 48 pints.

I wish I had so much done. I am going through canning envy. Tomorrow I work on apple butter. I have done green beans and peaches too but thats it. Sorta sad.

Dilly Beans, more seasoned Green Beans, more Tomato Sauce, Peaches, and Chipotle Salsa this past week :)

Plus another load of Tomato Sauce is simmering in the crock pot overnight (with the lid propped up a tiny bit so it will cook down and thicken up) to be canned tomorrow morning.

The pantry is looking lovely :love
