Are any of the SSers here swapping or sharing Kombucha cultures and a starter?

Yes we have done that also. Just rinse until it tastes right. It takes a few tries until you get the hang of using the salt.freemotion said:Yes, just take out what you want to eat for supper and put it in a colander and rinse lightly until it tastes right. Use less salt next time.
