What are you Freezing Today?

Today I am freezing 17 chickens and we froze 22 quarts of corn a week ago! Hopefully this weekend I will have more chicken!

I froze 8 cups of peach puree to add to applesauce later.

Frozen okra, and I cut my beets and froze them in reusable plastic freezer boxes, to make into pickled beets later on. I'll probably freeze some of my peaches, because I don't have enough time to can them all, and they won't keep like the apples do.

Froze 16 pints of zucchini - plus made a large zucchini stuffed with sausage meatloaf and topped with marina and cheese for lunch.
