What can I do with grapefruit?

Don't feel bad, I have never liked grapefruit either. It has a strange bitter taste to it that I find very unpleasant.

Grapefruit marmalade is really yummy, and can generally be made without commercial pectin.

Boil it down and make a really yummy citrus marinade, add some sugars. Someithing light, maybe a nice salad dressing?

I tried the marinade somebody suggested earlier. It was okayish. I'm not really a grapefruit type person either, but I'll use them if I know I can make something totally nom with them.
