Lovin' The Homestead
I have a quart of raw goat's milk in the refrigerator that isn't drinkable. I'm not the only one grouchy about this batch, apparantly the goats got into the molasses and it affected the milk's taste for a couple days. It's REALLY strong, and I don't like it. Smells fine, the taste is all wrong.
So what else can I do with this? I could return it, but I'd rather use it for something else if there is something else.
So what can be done with it? Can it be made into butter? Or cheese? Or soap? I'm quite willing to use it to practice something, the final product doesn't have to be edible (or usable), but the practice in the process would be a good idea. Thoughts?
