Um, I can neither confirm nor deny I might possibly have ordered 20 pounds of sweet onions from a local guy at last night's weekly farmer's market for pickup next week.
I have, on hand, both sweets and white potatoes.....thinking those will be sliced and drying next week. How convenient! . Unless a Fall sale, or garden harvest, I rarely have more than one or two on hand. How convenient?!
it is called okra because "Okrud there's more to do something with!" just kidding, you probably feel that way about okra and how i would feel about beans. there's no expression in my brain for "Too many beans."
We do enjoy it. It is the plant that keeps on giving for sure. And, weirdly enough - no other farm animal loves it. The chickens will eat the seeds if I open the pod for them - but that's about it. Oh - and the leaves - goats love the leaves.
