What did you do in your garden today?

Nice rain yesterday and thunderstorms last night

Some garden flooding. Note to self... Sweet potatoes like flooding, regular potatoes not so much. Next year plant regular potatoes up hill and sweet potatoes near the bottom of the hill.

Sandwich sized tomato and onions. Some onion tops have started to fall over. But onions are still bulbing/growing. Should get some good ones this year patience, patience, padawan learner, patience must you have.

Hey handsome and beautiful guys and gals! Not much today. Watered this morning but did not had my cell but I think I saw a itty-bitty part of an onion coming up, Will take a picture later on. Let the chickens out and began my Puertorican cooking. Made a "pastel de platano" which can be literally called a plantain lasagna,lol



So I am stuffed,lol
Will go out in a bit after a shower to get that onion in question photographed,

Enjoyed it, so... much better than store bought peppers Now I'm stuffed, like a pepper. My wife made them with last year's canned tomatoes

Well, after a look at all the work, here are the basil and cilantro


Here is the oregano
Here are the tomatoes

Here are the peppers

Then the leave lettuce that I left them with 3 leaves each last Thursday . I know the grass is getting up that one side, it is a struggle,lol

Then there is the Broccoli

And the head lettuce keeps growing.

Heh heh, talked to the eldest, as we pass them by Friday morning on our way south, we're dropping off a bag of produce (I am certain stuff will be ready to pick Thursday that won't keep until we get home).

I wanna be @CrealCritter when I grow up.
