@R2elk wow that is short grow time. I'm fortunate here with about 6 months...and often many winter crops manage most of winter. Hybrids best in short seasons.
@CrealCritter I wanted cauli...not that I eat a lot but, some friends do. So having seed for white, I ordered a purple variety.


I just want to see it!!! Yeah, curiosity. Expensive seed! Plus I will do some cabbage this yr, didn't last. Have seed for green, red and savoy...which I like and you rarely see in stores. So, a few head of each hopefully.
Planning, seeing it grow and harvesting are all great garden efforts. Then there's the less fun -- tilling, starts, weeding, the WORK part.
