Thanks - so far so good! I have nine of them. The package had 10 seeds and unfortunately, I dropped one while planting. They get watered every day with a little diluted horse poop water about once a week.
I dropped a tomato seed while planting. Didn't see where it landed. Found out when it germinated in the water in the bottom of the tray.

I had a huge aphid issue on my currents last year and had to keep spraying them with soap solution. They almost killed the plants. Nothing like that this year. I don't see ladybugs a whole lot here.

The soap solution strips the natural plant oils that protect leaves so it's best not to use of you dont have to. Makes leaves more susceptible to sunburn and a few other things.

checked out the gardens and sprouts (glad to see that have had a pretty good germination rate) to see what might need watering, watered, poked some beans in an unused area that used to be a pathway around a garden (i've wanted to plant it for the past few years, but kept getting sidetracked) we can always enjoy more fresh beans. :)

watered a bit more, took some pictures (better light and color)... took some more pictures later when the light changed and the poppies out front were looking nicer.

wanted it to rain but it looks like it all went around us.

I got drizzling throughout the day but still let the girls out. They are eating more outside than inside which is cost effective for me,lol
Have a few more seedlings to plant but working hard on some coasters for a swap and meet activity on the 24th and have the BYC this Saturday. So I am crunching in time.
Nothing extra in the garden. The chicks are doing good so far. They are going away from mama more even escaping, lol 20230612_132835.jpg
