Do you know the variety? I've been looking for scions from a Italian Prune Plum or Fellenberg Plum. These trees are self-fertile and produce a high sugar content fruit that is ideal for drying into prunes without the risk of fermenting. The fruit is typically harvested in late August or early September.Many varieties cannot pollinate themselves but a second tree of the same kind can pollinate each other. I have a prune type plum that if there is only one tree, it will not produce but when there are multiples blooming at the same time, they all get pollinated.
I appricate you offering cherry scions but I have my two cherry rows planned out already. Garfield Plantation was so... tempting but I have no room for it
