What do you all use for heat?

We use wood - free. Heats us in the summer (when cutting and splitting) and in the winter in front of the fireplace. We do have oil heat but almost never use it.

All electric. Not at all efficient. We have one fireplace that is fitted for wood or gas, but it doesn't have a blower so you can only feel heat in area right near it.

Our house still has the original steam radiators - so we have natural gas steam heat.

Wood- We have a huge cast iron stove in our living room. My husband works for the county road and bridge dept. so we get all of our wood for free. So it is the best of both worlds.
