what do you do with your used cooking oil?

Thanks so much for all the feedback! I'm going to use your ideas! Guess I'll .just pour what I have out in the woods, maybe feed a few wild things, then going to try the soap thing, and making my own lard! I'm surprised about the amount from a goose! I dont know much about geese, but I would have expected less! We eat a lot of hamburger, which creates a bit of grease, and currently are eating store bought- I know how bad it is, but until we get the fence up and we raise our own, that's our only real choice right now. And then I fry once a week or so, chicken and pork chops, I recently started reusing that oil, so it takes longer to add up. We also hope to raise a pig for the freezer after we get a few other things going. Thanks again!
