The only problem is that this process produces Greek style yogart not cream cheese!

Just let it drain a bit longer

Jeez! Guess I'll take it easy on making yogurt from the powdered milk, but I do like knowing I can do it if I really need to. I might try the cream cheese though just to see if that works from dry milk also. I'd really rather just be out on our property with a cow!
