What food do you hate?

When I was vegan I tried to make something called seitan which is suppose to taste and look like meat. The husband and Wildbunch ate it fine. A friend's daughter even told her I had tricked her into eating fake meat but it had a taste I couldn't tolerate. I did recently see and try to make faux sausage patties from oatmeal. It was really good. I think it was on Linda's Pantry or maybe Bexar Prepper.
