What foods to store from a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner's point of view

DH uses this and swears it's why, other than diabetes, he rarely gets ill. He mixes it with goat milk. He usually has it at night, but I think this would work for a breakfast drink. I've tried it - and besides tasting "green" it's not bad. I should probably start using it too....

I think it is... I used to take it, but it's kinda spendy so I started letting him have it. Think that's about to change - I deserve some too! :)

Oh I hope we can get this thread going again! I've really been changing our foods the last few years, and am super interested in learning more. My husband and son are NOT on board, and neither are any of the doctors I've seen so far, but I know from experience that the better I eat, the better I feel. @freemotion do you have a regular menu you follow? Could you outline what a week's worth of meals looks like for you? Please DO pontificate! We're listening even if our habits don't change overnight... :clap
