A few months ago we bought a meat pack from a local butcher that we've since eaten thru. All except this pack of pork cutlets that has been pushed to the back of the freezer. I've not had experience with them before so I don't have any ideas on how to prepare them.
If it were beef I'd make chicken fried steak, but I'm not so sure how pork would work for that or how the family would react :/

Does anyone have any great ideas? It would have to be easy fixings & nothing too exotic.

Thanks!

Throw them in the crock pot or oven covered with cranberry sauce or applesauce and serve with rice.

Or cook in frying pan with curry sauce made from orange juice, onions, garlic, and curry powder and serve with rice.

Or go the "chicken-fried" route, my Mom did this all the time with pork chops when I was a kid, can't see why cutlets wouldn't work! Great with mashed potatoes and pan gravy :)

Chicken-fried pork works fine, I make that sometimes.

More often with that type cut I will dry the meat and lightly flour it, then pan-fry quickly to brown both sides, then put in a few Tbsp of juice or broth or leftover soup or something like that, with complementary flavorings (curry powder or paste is always good; or some chili sauce if you used orange juice as the liquid), turn the heat way down and simmer til meat is cooked (happens pretty quickly, don't overcook) then either serve that way or, if I'm ambitious, remove meat to keep warm and turn heat back up to reduce/thicken the sauce a bit.

Or, cut into strips across the grain (probably also cut them lengthwise, unless its very small cutlets), VERY QUICKLY toss in very-hot pan, then pour in a little broth or leftover pot-roast juice and some good paprika, and turn to low til meat is cooked thru (can add slivered onions and/or previously sauteed mushrooms at this point, if desired), meanwhile boiling up some noodles; when meat is hot and noodles are done, flop a buncha sour cream in there and call it goulash/stroganoff/whatever.

Or, cut into strips and use for stir-fry e.g. with whole parboiled green beans and some garlic.

My favorite.... Season and throw them in the crock pot and cover with a whole head of chopped cabbage. Add some stock and cook on low all day.

I'm in the chicken fried cutlet group! I used to do that all the time. Yum, pork fritters. On a bun with lettuce, tomato, mustard or mayo, whatever you like on a burger.

Brown well in bacon grease in a cast iron skillet, remove, then brown onions and garlic. Return to pan, add strong chicken broth and simmer until cooked and sauce is reduced. thicken if desired.

Or brown, add cream of mushroom soup (homemade, don't know how store bought would do) and simmer until done. If you have fresh mushrooms, brown the meat, remove, saute' the mushrooms, then add the meat back to the pan with the mushrooms and add the soup.

If the cutlets are boneless (I'm guessing they are!) you can cut them into bite-sized pieces before browning.
