For fear of wasting a good liver, i think I need to mash it up in a food processor with lotsa spices. Many people have told me to try liver cooked as is, with butter or whatever, and having had an open mind several times, I have always been disgusted. They have told me it's good if it is cooked right. Well, I've had other people cook it for me and while they loved it, I just can't get over the liver taste of it. but I really really want to eat it. I'm thinking I need to disguise it somehow so that the fact that it is liver is totally hidden. So, I guess I need a great liver recipe fto convert a liver hater into a live lover
