Wow I didn’t know that about meth. And people put that in their body? There is no cure for stupid.

The house sounds awesome. It’s going to be a labor of love. Ought to have a ghost hunter check it out. If it is not a friendly ghost you may not be able to keep renters in it. Our old house was haunted by the elderly couple that built it. Lovely old ghosts. LOL

I suspect "the house is haunted" rumor is why it's so cheap. That's merely a guess though. The previous owner, old lady that died there, died of old age. So If haunted, the ghosts can't be all that bad I guess .

Her kids were willed the house, but don't want anything to do with it and they want to sell it as quickly as possible, so they don't have to pay taxes on it. One of the very first things her son told me was the house is haunted. But I ain't afraid of no ghosts.

Most ghosts are just lost or not ready to let go, like the living, it's the few bad ones that give the rest a bad rep.
