corned beef and cabbage, made in the instant pot. I forgot I had it for St Patrick's, lol.

Beef stew. Made extra so we can have it for next few days. Tomorrow is a clam dig and reheating stew is easy.

Yeah totally seemed like it! It was a bit bland last night but absolutely delicious tonight! Now off to find some desert... maybe a fresh pair and a glass of milo I never thought I'd be so well fed during a global disaster.

Bag of asian sesame salad kit - past date / marked down

I love those kits!! I buy whenever on close date. The kales, sunflower seed & cranberries are by fav! Honestly, I eat the whole bag as a meal -- not the 2 servings crap. LOL

Made a couple hamburger patties last night with mushrooms. Had one for breakfast this AM.

Stale breads?? That's what I use for bread pudding...with goat milk and fresh eggs. Gotta use it all. LOL

Tonight I truly need to use up milk!! Getting crowded in there. Cheese? Yogurt? Decisions!
