Gosh, that pizza looks good! I made pork sausages and mashed potatoes for dinner tonight. DS used to love both, but told me tonight he doesn't like mashed potatoes any more. I give up… We'll probably have pizza tomorrow, or he will while I have a pork chop with something.

This is what I made a couple days ago, while my wife is away & having to fend for myself.

I made a whole-wheat crust and used our home-grown tomato sauce, onions, bell pepper, garlic, and (small) sliced zucchini. Can't take any credit for the olives, or the three kinds of cheese.

I got two night's supper out of it. I enjoyed the one pictured so much that I'll probably be making another one—pretty much the same but with mushrooms too.

That pizza is ROCKING -n ROLLING

After going back and forth a zillion times, I think I'll make chili with ground pork and honey corn muffins for dinner tonight. Better go get the crockpot going ...

I worked 10 hrs plus chores. Because my last job was in a grocery store, I bought a pre-made spinach & cheese Stromboli. It was on closeout sale AND had $1 coupon. For $1.99 I had dinner, enough left for breakfast. Quite good, actually.

Done for the day...as in going to bed done!!
