We had enough leftover Boef Bourgignonne for last night. I used part of our first cabbage to make some cole slaw too. We were going to have some raspberries for dessert, but everyone fell asleep, lol. We'll eat them today.

I baked a Boston Butt...took a good portion to DD. Ate some, will make rest in BBQ...it's a quick eat when I have it ready! Have another one frozen. Bought when on sale @ $.99 a lb. Wish I'd gotten more now.

Since I am home today, I am giving consideration -- nothing firm yet -- to cooking a couple racks of goat ribs on the outside smoker grill. I need them out of the freezer, actually, bulky & room stealers. ;) Yep, I should have cut them up more when packaging. Oh, well.

Might find more things to address in there. :idunnoDid see a couple bags of ice....in case a need or chicken butcher days or......?? Well, they're there!

Wonder if there is charcoal around the place? Hmmm....
