I had a stuffed pepper! Yesterday, eggplant parm. Hey -- I was making all for the freezer and no need to do anything else. Besides, I think most all the bowl, pans & stove burners were in use.

Boef Bourgignonne, steamed broccoli (from the garden) and sauteed carrots and basil (from the garden).

We had enough leftover Boef Bourgignonne for last night. I used part of our first cabbage to make some cole slaw too. We were going to have some raspberries for dessert, but everyone fell asleep, lol. We'll eat them today.

we kept it simple yesterday and had peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. for me they happen once in a while, but Mom hadn't had one in quite a long time. we just said we were on a picnic.

We had Red Snapper filets with a creamy shrimp sauce on top. Yum!

THAT'S my kind of meal!!!! Looks awesome, and I think I can smell AND TASTE it from here.

Tonight is leftover roast beef, green beans, cream corn, and potato patties.

I baked a Boston Butt...took a good portion to DD. Ate some, will make rest in BBQ...it's a quick eat when I have it ready! Have another one frozen. Bought when on sale @ $.99 a lb. Wish I'd gotten more now.

Since I am home today, I am giving consideration -- nothing firm yet -- to cooking a couple racks of goat ribs on the outside smoker grill. I need them out of the freezer, actually, bulky & room stealers. Yep, I should have cut them up more when packaging. Oh, well.

Might find more things to address in there. Did see a couple bags of ice....in case a need or chicken butcher days or......?? Well, they're there!

Wonder if there is charcoal around the place? Hmmm....
