Oh, I love pumpkin pie for breakfast! Nutritionally may be better than a big ole muffin.

Ham (from bone in the freezer) and bean soup, made fresh. Canned soup not touched. Maybe if I am a good boy, I will get corn bread

I had the pasta I've been wanting... Penne, Italian sausage, fresh (my canned) tomatoes and chunks of farmers goat cheese. So nice. some wine, too.
