Smoked rib roast with mashed potatoes and lima beans.
I had exasperation when getting the roast at the store as well. They has select and choice roasts on sale. Lady was telling her companion that they could have prime rib for Christmas. I gave up long ago on trying to explain that the word "prime" in prime rib roast refers to the meat grade.

Costco here has been carrying thin sliced top loin. It makes the best Philly cheese steaks. Much better than round. We've been having a lot of Philly cheese steak lately. We like lots of caramelized onions and peppers on it so it's a decent meal. Just a slice of provolone on top.

We had rib eye roast (not prime grade 
) that I cooked in the crock pot yesterday with red wine and garlic. It was better today! Roasted some Brussels sprouts with balsamic and parmesan on top. Pretty good!

Alright, above 0 here (3 dogs, lol) so we are grilling sweet potatoes for dinner and topping with raisins and maple syrup.
