Supper has been cancelled tonight due to lack of interest on my part. I am tired. I had a bowl of cornflakes and DH fixed himself a banana sandwich.

We spent the afternoon driving through Atlanta traffic to and then from Atlanta. We left our appt at 5:20pm- an AWFUL time to try to get through a big city. Supper was a little Caesar's $5 hot and ready pepperoni pizza while we waited for the worst of the traffic to clear...

Well the pork and applesauce was so good, I put a pork roast in the crockpot today. Green beans and homemade rolls too.

Great minds think alike! LOL I got up early and put a pork roast in the crockpot today too. Added some veggies and I'll probably make some cornbread to go with. I used to have a recipe for spoon rolls that were fast...I'll bet I can find it online.....going hunting!

Well yesterday was a stir fry using some home-canned pork, home-sprouted mung beans, home grown chard and peppers, and a bought onion. Tonight I made spaghetti with spaghetti squash and some italian sausage, with Carb Smart ice cream and the last gasp of strawberries from the garden. I roasted the squash seeds and have those to munch on while I'm typing.
