We had more pork ribs that DH smoked yesterday. I had picked some radishes earlier today and the greens were lovely. So - we ate 'em! Radish greens sauteed with some garlic - yum!
we'll be having some squash from the freezer today. BBQ pork for a few more days. half a can of spaghettios and BBQ pork is plenty for me. not sure what breakfast might be yet, probably some oatmeal and dried cherries with peanut butter. i'm not feeling very adventurous lately and cooking hasn't even crossed my mind.
Kinda, sort of a shrimp stir fry. Sauteed onion, orange bell pepper, asparagus and garlic in a combo of olive oil and butter - then added shrimp. Served it over cauliflower rice. Yum!
