Quiche?

Ugh! Knew I forgot something when shopping this morning. I have some eggs, but I'm on the hook for a couple dozen deviled eggs for T'givng.

Green bean casserole (I love it) with green beans and mushrooms I canned plus my own dehydrated onions

Wow. This was really good. Did the roast in the Instapot, easy peasy

Chicken breast strips rolled in panko bread crumbs and grated parmesan and baked until golden. Yum! A side of broccoli/cauliflower/carrots. One of those frozen steam-in bags from the jolly green guy.

DH had ice cream for supper. DS15 had leftover pumpkin soup. DS7 had a fever - didn't even want to eat ice cream. I fasted.

Stir fried mushrooms, red bell, half a huge onion, 1.5 C of Costco chicken and 2 C rice. Used bacon fat and topped with a tiny drizzle of sesame seed oil. OH, placed spinach on bottom of large cereal bowl before serving stir fry. YUM!

Veg-beef soup from freezer...warm, filling and just waiting for me! . Ahhhh, those frozen home made ahead meals. Rest will probably be breakfast.

We had Chicken Cacciatore served over caulirlower rice.

Had the last of the roast last night. Volunteer time tonight, probably one of our canned soups. Thinking ham and bean.

I'm eating down the freezer/pantry, so today it's mac n cheese bites made with spring roll wrappers. Can't wait!
