Baked potatoes.

I bought the air fryer and 90% of the time it's potatoes baking in it because it more energy efficient and quicker because it doesn't have to heat the whole oven

One of those appliances that can be good. I have a couple small George Foreman grills....great for a fast cook of one piece of meat! Plus sometimes I do veggies or a bagel on it.

carrots, apples, chocolate, graham crackers, cheese, peanuts, not in that order. out of hand meals standing over the counter or at the sink.

I made Red Pepper Soup last night. Wasn't exactly red because I used red, yellow and orange peppers in it. It was yumalicious!

OH!!!! recipe? When the color peppers get to 99 cents or below, I stock up! They were 79 cents this past week.

Spicy Red Bell Pepper Soup

Fresh red bell peppers blended with celery, carrots, onion, thyme, and rice take on a little heat from cayenne and red pepper flakes in this colorful, chicken-stock based soup.

Changes I made:

I didn't put any rice in it.

I added a couple of ounces of cream cheese.

I also cooked it down to a fairly thick consistency and then added cream at the end.

DH had his with a dollop of sour cream and I added parmesan to mine.

I'll definitely make it again. We both had a second serving.
