DH had a doc appt. today and we had some errands to take care of while we were out. I told him we'd grab lunch somewhere....but his blood glucose was out of control so we skipped lunch. He was so disappointed - poor guy. I promised him a good meal tonight to make up for not having lunch out - so I picked up some rib- eyes on the way home.

if you want the cherries to be softer you may need to soak them for a while first before adding them to the cookie dough. i don't mind them chewy but they can be pretty hard...

you can also nuke them first and then keep them in a bowl in the fridge for a few days of spare snacking items that are better for you than a pan of brownies...
