we took out a quart jar of spaghetti sauce and was not sure if there were meatballs in there or not, but it turned out there were three. thawed it out and by the middle of this afternoon it was ready to be used up but i held off until Mom was about to come home and boiled some noodles and so when she drove up the driveway everything was ready.

it was good as usual and we have leftovers for another day this weekend. i saved some of the noodles plain so we can use them to make some simple macaroni and tomatoes which has no other stuff added beside butter. so we're pretty well set for a few days easy not counting all the rest of the things in the fridge.

Grilled kielbasa. No sandals this time. Single digits out, so had to bundle up.

Dump spaghetti sauce (various small cans of stuff) with some slightly freezer burned meatballs, over spaghetti noodles. My son likes those foil wrapped pre buttered and seasoned Italian bread from the store. Hubs and I have to scrape off the solid shortening that is supposed to be butter, and then we toast it.
