Previously grilled burger patties wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of a bun. Tasty, but a little messy. Lettuce doesn't sop up that juice like a bun does...

Tried that once, yep messy for sure. But lettuce works pretty well with tuna, chicken or turkey salad.

No shade from me. Pork butts come in a 2 pack at Costco. I always have extra that goes in the freezer.
