Steaks turned out great 400 degrees, 9 minutes each side (directions said 8 minutes, but the cut was thicker). Perfect medium rare. Salt and pepper only. 10 out of 10

Tried another steak (different cut) in the air fryer last night. This may become a thing in this house. Quick, easy, relatively little mess
