What's for dinner?

I see tilapia on clearance at Wallys every so often. Its been a few years since I have used it. With prices the way they are rising, maybe its time to test it out again.

twice scrambled eggs and toast.

Mom went to the store on the way home and as she was putting the eggs in the car they slipped out of her hand so when she got home i rescued the broken ones and we ate them for dinner. six of them went into a container so she can bake with them tomorrow.

looks like baked beans today. we put on two large pots of dry beans to cook and then Mom is also baking sweet breads or muffins or something as we sorted through a few pounds of walnut pieces.

a few days ago she said she wasn't cooking this week.

i was hoping to cook up some olive burgers for this afternoon or evening, but now it may be Saturday instead. i really dunno as she may say she wants olive burgers today after all.
