FYI - it was very yummy! Also very Brunswick Stew - esque, which wasn't intentional, but very good.
If anybody's interested (and for my future reference, too ), here's the recipe
2 qt freezer bag of pulled pork - still frozen is not a problem
1 can/jar spaghetti sauce
1 "normal size" (15 oz?) can corn kernels AND liquid
1 "small size" (8 oz?) can cream corn
1 "normal size" can green beans AND liquid
1 "normal size" can navy beans AND liquid
approx 1-2 cups stock from when the pork cooked
combine everything in stock pot, heat, and enjoy delicious with corn bread on the side and/or crumbled up in it
If I were actually buying ingredients (instead of using what was on hand), I would've flipped the corns (bigger can of cream, smaller can of kernel), and also added a smaller can of green beans. Guess you could use chicken or beef stock, or even water, in place of the stock from the pork meat - but I was using it to lessen the "I'm eating spaghetti" taste (and it worked beautifully!).
