I've just hatched my first chicks in my incubator. Noticed one of the chicks has got something stuck to her, any ideas what it is and should I be concerned?

Looks like the bit of stuff from the egg that sticks sometimes. Just leave it and it should fall off. Do not pull. Usually it's attached to the stomach where the yolk was absorbed. Pulling could gut the chick.

Like I said, first time hatching with an incubator so I've never seen this before. I just normally leave it to a broody to sort.

Yup. Nothing to worry about. If it's your first time it would cause concern. That type of thing falls off or is gently rubbed off when chicks are under mama.
