My exercise routine consists of simple exercises like walking and jogging, however I do them consistently which increases their effectiveness in my body. I think it is better to stick with simple exercises for a long time instead of a complex one for a short time.
I haven't been able to get out and walk for ages, and I'm really looking forward to that, because I really like strapping on the old CD and having a brisk walk to my favourite songs.

I now that I have mention that I have an equipment but these past few weeks I haven’t been able to step on it. I’m trying to get back to my groove because I’m too busy with my sites.
We have an exercycle that shows you how many "miles" you've biked, your heart rate, and how many calories you've burned. If I exercise quite quickly I can burn about 250 calories in a half an hour. I try to do it twice a day.
