Where do you buy your rennet?

I know you can make veg rennet from nettles, but haven't looked into it that much.

As far as I know, traditionally animal rennet was enzymes secreted from the stomach of a nursing calf.

i've gotten it from New England Cheese supply, hoegger's, and also Lehmens...and when i was traveling i went into a beer maker's shop and wow they had all the cheese stuff too!

and i've used both the animal based and veg based - for me, in my extremely limited, not know about about the whole thing... i found that they both worked about the same

that is so great!! wow is it hosted BY the farmer's market???? you guys are so lucky out there to have a such great programs. our farmers markets are pretty basic. wish we could have more innovation.
